Abstract Submission
If you would like to present a paper or a poster, you are asked to submit an abstract in the appropriate box on the registration form. The deadline for submission is January 9, 2012. Since we have a limited number of presentation time slots and poster spaces, a selection will be made based on the received abstracts. Notification of acceptance will be sent by e-mail. Poster dimensions will be communicated on this website as well as by e-mail.

Abstract Guidelines
Please regard the following guidelines when submitting an abstract.

• Abstracts are limited to 250 words.
• The title of the abstract should not exceed 15 words.
• The abstract must be written in English.
• All accepted abstracts for (poster) presentations will be included in the programme booklet that is distributed at the meeting.
• Abstracts will be published in the workshop programme booklet as submitted. Proof and edit your submission accordingly.
