The 8th International Amsterdam Multilevel Conference is on March 17-18 (2011). There are three invited presentations:  

- prof. Douglas Bates

- prof. Stephen West

- prof. Bill Browne

Prior to the conference (16th of March) a one-day course is taught by prof. Douglas Bates on Multilevel Analysis in R. This course assumes a general knowledge of multilevel analysis, but advanced knowledge of multilevel modeling is not a prerequisite. The course, however, does assume basic knowledge of working with R. A one-day introduction course in R is organized on the 15th of March.
